It seems you really should deploy software using Java webstart. As it is a menace to find and not only keep the working/less buggy/latest» current. Also in the TWS config, simply grouping related configurations such as port number, and ActiveX. While also hinting about which tech is legacy/fading and which is newest/most used.. would be nice. I’m a bit resistant to developing something that requires both Java and or Excel. The use cases here are: -either my own current back office powerquery import. -or some sort of random 15min. mem efficient rtd updates. -building anything for options, when there are nice tools such optionsstrat awailable, seems superfluos..
